Next, we hold face to face meetings, designed to determine the approach that is best suited for you, based on your knowledge and experience in the real estate market. We'll discuss such things as neighborhood choices. Once these considerations have been made, the rest is quite straight forward really... I will add you to our buyer database where an active search begins. You will be updated, moment by moment as new property matches appear that suit your preferences. Once your new home has been found, we'll negotiate the best terms and price possible for you.

We'll offer advice on preparing your home for buyers first impressions, feedback on showings, update you on any market changes that could affect the sale of your property, present and discuss offers with you, negotiate the highest price and best possible terms as well as manage all contractual, title and transaction details
